Cancelling your order
Please note that if you are a European Union customer, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This does not apply to items that have been worn or used. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at OOSC of you decision to cancel by contacting our customer care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing your name, address, order number and a contact telephone number. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Returning your order
At OOSC, we want to ensure returns are as easy for you as possible. If you are unhappy with the goods you have received and would like a refund or exchange then you can either send it back to our mail order address or drop it off to our London store. If this is the case please contact email@example.com. If you have not received a response with us within 10 working days, please get in contact.
Returns must be made within 21 days of receiving the goods, and we will issue a refund within 2 working days of the goods being returned to us. This will be made to the same card you used to pay with. Sale items are non-refundable however we will offer you a credit note or exchange instead.
If you have changed your mind about any of the OOSC items you have purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you. All unwanted items must be returned unworn and unwashed and in the same condition you received them. When you’re arranging to return an item, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
